Suzanne is a project management business consultant and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in non-profits and businesses in diverse industries. She specializes in managing complex, urgent, and important projects when nothing is predictable, except change.

For almost ten years, she has been working on reinventing project management. With help from the Finite Wisdom team, she created Smart Projex, a project management methodology and cloud-based software package. She is currently working on a feasibility study for version two of the software, to be built using 21st century technologies, such as blockchain, smart contracts, speech recognition, and artificial intelligence. 

She has published extensively on her own blog, as well as Medium and LinkedIn.

In addition to Finite Wisdom work, selected project leadership experience includes: 

• Commonwealth of Virginia project to transition the ABC Board to an Authority, as mandated by the General Assembly;

• Homeward federal grant application process and point-in-time count;

• Wells Fargo Securities multi-faceted Latin American project to ensure regulatory compliance;

• Several large residential construction projects;

• Various fundraisers and community events.
